I am a dual-licensed Primary Care and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with experience in ketamine-assisted treatment and integrative mental health care.
Through both my clinical work and personal experiences with psychedelics, I have seen how essential integration is after expanded states of consciousness. This inspired me to offer coaching to help individuals process their experiences, find meaning, and apply insights in a grounded, practical way.
I also offer 5NP ear acupuncture to support nervous system regulation and help balance the mind and body during the integration process.

The 5-Needle Protocol (5NP) is a gentle, auricular acupuncture treatment that supports nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and overall wellbeing. This simple yet powerful technique involves placing five small needles in specific points on each ear to help calm the body and restore internal equilibrium.
